How to access the place?

The Auberge la Nouvelle Alpina is located in Champéry in the Valais region of Switzerland. The establishment is located on a small hill, about 5 minutes walk from the center of the village, accessible by foot or by car. Address of the Auberge la Nouvelle Alpina: Route de Chavalet 9, 1874 Champéry.

Does the facility have a parking lot?

A dozen parking spaces are available in front of the establishment.

Does the Chalet have Wi-Fi access? Is it free?

Wifi access is available free of charge in the entire facility. The password is given to the guests on the day of their arrival.

Can we smoke in the facility?

Smoking is not permitted in the facility. Dedicated smoking areas are located outside the building.

Do you accept animals?

Animals are not allowed on the premises.

Do you have rooms that can accommodate more than 2 people?

Yes, in addition to the 17 rooms with 2 beds, the place consists of 1 room with 3 beds, 5 rooms with 4 beds and 2 rooms with 5 beds

Do you have a kitchen service at La Nouvelle Alpina? What equipment is available?

The Hostel has a large kitchen and dining room with a multitude of functional and complete arrangements. The kitchen service is optional and to be discussed with the manager of the establishment.

Do you have a cleaning service at La Nouvelle Alpina?

There is an optional cleaning service at the end of your stay, the conditions and price of which are to be agreed upon with the manager of the establishment.

What methods of payment are accepted by the Inn and when do I have to pay?

The payment via bank transfer of a first account of 50% of the total amount must be made at the signature of the contract, then the remaining 50% 2 months before the beginning of the stay.

The manager of the Nouvelle Alpina remains at your disposal in case of necessity during your stay.

He welcomes the group leaders upon their arrival, explains the functioning of the facilities and comes to check the state of the premises at the time of departure.
