Champéry

At an altitude of 1'050 m in the Val d'Illiez in the canton of Valais, Champéry is a picturesque vacation village in the Chablais region located at the foot of the gigantic "Portes du Soleil" ski area.

At the foot of the Dents du Midi massif and the neighboring Dents Blanches, this village has succeeded in preserving its unique historical charm and is considered to be one of the oldest tourist destinations in Switzerland where, since the end of the 19th century, wealthy English tourists came to rest.
